Margie is the founder of Brokate Janitorial and has witnessed the company grow from 2 members (including herself) in 1995 to over 125 members strong in 2018. Margie splits her time between her role as President and Goodwill Ambassador for Brokate Janitorial. She spends much of her time helping local community non-profit groups. She has served on the board for the Salvation Army of Branson, a regular volunteer for Jesus Was Homeless, a member of the Stone County Ozark Mountain Legacy group, and volunteers for EarthWise Recycling Center.
Jeremy has spent his entire life involved in the janitorial industry, beginning when his parents first started Brokate Janitorial in 1995. In 2005, Jeremy graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (BSBA) and a major in Finance. Jeremy has proven instrumental in propelling the Brokate Janitorial business forward by developing and implementing effective, strategic plans for goal attainment. One of Jeremy’s most applauded achievements was creating a solution for improving organizational and financial tracking procedures, which allowed Brokate Janitorial to minimize costs and maintain a competitive edge in pricing for the company's high quality services.
In 2015, Jeremy was named one of Springfield Business Journal's "40 under 40." Jeremy also serves on the Leadership Council for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce's Young Professional's group, "The Network." Jeremy is also on the Board of Directors for the HOPE Foundation, which provides financial and emotional support to families whose children are battling pediatric emergencies.
Cheyne, much like his brother Jeremy, was exposed to the janitorial industry at a young age. Since that time, Cheyne's role within the company has continued to grow as he transitioned from cleaner, to Account Manager, to Operations Manager, to his current role as Vice President of Operations. Since 2005, Cheyne has revolutionized every aspect of how Brokate Janitorial approaches its janitorial services and continues to work toward elevating the caliber of service, improving customer communication, and streamlining processes. Cheyne has been certified in Bloodborne Pathogens, IICRC Certified (Carpet Cleaning Certification) and is involved in numerous Global Cleaning and janitorial groups to continually work to improve the JanSan Industry.
In 2014, Cheyne was named one of 417 Magazine’s “20 Under 30” for his outstanding work with Brokate Janitorial and the community. In 2017, he was also selected as a "40 under 40" by the Springfield Business Journal.
Dale Dalton has over 10 years of janitorial management and experience in the industry. He came to Brokate Janitorial with extensive experience, knowledge and certifications for the cleaning industry that helped him move rapidly up the ranks at our company. He has completed the numerous certifications and training including; Biohazard, Bloodborne Pathogen, HIPAA, fork-lift certified, OSHA Certified, First Aid and CPR trained, but also completed a “Power of Five” training course dealing with: management, training, floors, custodial services and personnel handling. Additionally, Dale successfully completed Brokate Janitorial’s own proprietary management and character building courses, along with management classes at Missouri State University. He uses these skills to keep our clients and employees happy knowing they have an experienced, knowledgeable leader to help keep facilities in tip-top shape.
Stetson Allen came to Brokate Janitorial in 2010 with several years of entry-level management, construction and sales experience. He started his career as a cleaner, and over the years worked his way up to a Lead Supervisor, Team Lead and finally as Area Manager, where he now oversees some of Brokate Janitorial’s largest clients in Branson. He rose up through the company ranks by demonstrating outstanding commitment to both his customers’ facilities and Brokate Janitorial. With completion of Bloodborne, HIPAA and OSHA training, as well as our own proprietary management and character building courses, In 2014, Stetson completed an "Essentials of Effective Supervision" course at Missouri State University's MDI. Stetson has shown exemplary initiative in furthering his industry knowledge and expertise.
In 2017, Stetson completed the Lakes Area Leadership Academy. Stetson is also a member of the Branson Chamber's Leadership Team for their young professional group, Ignite Branson.
Kerry Moten Jr. joined the Brokate Janitorial team in 2012 and has quickly risen through the ranks. Beginning as an entry-level cleaner, Kerry has displayed a keen eye for detail and initiative to improve cleaning processes. He is passionate about training fellow Brokate Janitorial team members on cleaning procedures, and coaching them to success. He has also undergone HIPAA training, OSHA Safety Training, Bloodborne Pathogen training as well as Brokate Janitorial’s proprietary management and character building courses. In 2015, Kerry completed a management development course at Missouri State University.
